The Secant Line is not just about looking better - which is important - it's about BEING better. Physical Fitness and mental health are two sides of the same coin. "MindBody" is what I like to call it, since I don't think separating the two is ideal or even possible.

With or without access to gym equipment, in the local Palm Beach parks, or in your own home; we will help you to build a better you. Whether you're an absolute beginner, been into fitness for a while and just need to try something, different, or just looking for accountability to ensure that you meet your health/fitness goals, we're here for you!

Being in Shape and Mental Health are intertwined
As a professional trainer that has previously dealt with extreme obesity, I understand the struggle of achieving and maintaining weight loss, a healthy relationship with food and exercise and clarity in terms of mental health. All of these things are related. Sustainability is at the forefront of my training philosophy. My programming will show you how to make these pieces fit into your personal life. There is no rush to some arbitrary finish line. This is about lifestyle. Lifestyle is how you make changes that stick - MindBody fortification and being better than yesterday.
